Description

Stefan Krueger, a recognized expert for the creation of setup programs and quite familiar with the products of InstallShield Software Corporation, offers support on a pay per incident basis. You get help and assistance solving problems with InstallShield (support for other products and topics upon request.), at a fixed price per incident.

How it works: You order a support incident (either a single incident or a three-pack). You receive a confirmation with a contract number that enables you to submit your questions by e-mail. The response time is typically one working day.

Terms and Conditions

After your order is received you'll get a confirmation. From that moment on you can start to use the support service. The full amount on the invoice has to be paid within 10 days. Payment is due after your order is received and confirmation is sent. Customer has the right to submit one or three support incidents, respectively, within 12 months. If you do not use up your incidents within 12 months, the remaining incidents expire and become void. There will be no refund for unused incidents.
A single incident allows you to submit one incident by e-mail, a three-pack allows you to submit three incidents by e-mail. One incident is a single problem or question that cannot be broken down into smaller parts. There is no phone hotline.
Work on your question typically starts within two working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, except holidays in Bavaria, Germany, and except December 24 and December 31. Time zone is Central European Time (CET). In the unlikely case that work on your problem cannot start within the mentioned time frame (e.g. because of illness, force majeure, infrastructure interruptions, computer defects) customer can revoke the incident after 48 hours have passed. If the incident is not revoked, the time for responding to it is extended accordinly.
Upon receiving the support request work on the problem starts. Because of the short response time it is not possible to revoke an incident that has been submitted.
Dip.-Ing. Stefan Krueger reserves the right, on his sole discretion, to deny questions that are too complex for this support service, and make a consulting offer instead. A question is too complex for the pay-per-incident support if the work on this question and finding a solution for the problem would take more than one working hour.
The support service will be provided by Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Krueger personally or by persons or companies authorized by him.
Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Krueger's liability is limited to intention and gross negligence. Furthermore the liability is limited to twice the amount for one incident (150 € for a single incident contract, 120 € for a thee pack contract). Customer is responsible for providing evidence of the damage up to the limit of liability.
This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in force and jurisdiction in Germany.

Price and Tax Information

The prices listed on this site are net prices and don't include taxes (sales tax/value added tax), customs and shipping fees. For software and books shipped from InstallSite, customers located in the European Union (EU) - except Germany - don't have to pay value added tax if they specify their VAT/tax ID number. Value added tax is not applicable to customers outside the EU. For customers in Germany and in the EU without VAT ID the German VAT applies. For training courses and goods or services sold by partners and affiliates their respective tax regulations apply. Shipping fees depend on the destination country and the payment method and will be calculated during the ordering process in the shopping cart. All prices are in Euros. All offers and sales are subject to our terms and conditions.
