Description for Maintenance Plans (Support + Subscription)

A Maintenance Plan is the smartest way to buy, upgrade, and receive support from Flexera Software. A Maintenance Plan is a combination of Support contract and Subscription plan. For details please see below.

New maintenance plans can only be purchased together with the respective software product (new license or upgrade).

Subscription Plan

You can download* all upgrades for a year following your Subscription Plan purchase, whithout having to pay the upgrade price and avoiding multiple purchase requests. (In the past, upgrades have been released about yearly. However this is not guaranteed for the future.)
* Software upgrades will be delivered via download only, even if your original purchase included a DVD. If required you can request a DVD for a fee on a case by case basis. Please contact us for information about the cost.

Support Contract

With a support contract you get unlimited access to technical support from the manufacturer for 12 months. You can contact support via web form or phone (depending on contract level). The contract automatically ends after one year.

The support contract is registered to a specific user. Therefore you have to specify the user's name and contact data (phone, e-mail) in the final ordering step.
