Recent End of Life Announcements

InstallShield 12

On June 18, 2009, Acresso announced the end of life of InstallShield 12. This includes all English and Japanese InstallShield 12 Premier, Professional and Express Editions. As of June 18, 2009, Acresso no longer accepts new orders for InstallShield 12.
To stay current with the latest Acresso release, InstallShield 12 users who are not on maintenance can purchase the latest version of InstallShield (for Windows support) or InstallAnywhere (for multiplatform support) at the upgrade price through October 31, 2009. Customers currently on InstallShield 12 after October 31, 2009, will need to purchase a new license of the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere in order to stay current.

InstallAnywhere 8

On June 18, 2009, Acresso announced the end of life of InstallAnywhere 8, including all English and Japanese language editions. As of June 30, 2009, Acresso no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere 8.
To stay current with the latest Acresso release, InstallAnywhere 8 users who are not on maintenance can purchase the latest version of InstallShield (for Windows support) or InstallAnywhere (for multiplatform support) at the upgrade price through October 31, 2009. Customers currently on InstallAnywhere 8 after October 31, 2009, will need to purchase a new license of the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere Editions in order to stay current.

InstallShield German Language Editions All Versions

On June 2, 2009, Acresso announced the end of life of all InstallShield German language editions version 12, 2008, and 2009 and InstallShield Collaboration German. This includes all German language Premier, Professional and Express Editions. As of June 30, 2009, Acresso no longer accepts new orders for InstallShield German Editions.
To stay current with the latest Acresso release, InstallShield German users who are not on maintenance can purchase the latest English version of InstallShield (for Windows support) or InstallAnywhere (for multiplatform support) at the upgrade price through October 31, 2009. Customers currently on InstallShield German Editions after October 31, 2009, will need to purchase a new license of the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere English Editions in order to stay current.

InstallAnywhere German and French Language Editions All Versions

On June 2, 2009, Acresso announced the end of life of all InstallAnywhere German and French language Enterprise Editions versions 8, 2008, 2008 VP1, and 2009, and InstallAnywhere Collaboration German and French Editions. As of June 30, 2009, Acresso no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere German and French Editions.
To stay current with the latest Acresso release, InstallAnywhere German and French users who are not on maintenance can purchase the latest English version of InstallShield (for Windows support) or InstallAnywhere (for multiplatform support) at the upgrade price through October 31, 2009. Customers currently on InstallShield German Editions after October 31, 2009, will need to purchase a new license of the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere English Editions in order to stay current.

The following products are no longer supported by Acresso

No further fixes to these products are planned, and no support or maintenance contracts sold anymore. These versions also are no longer eligible for upgrade pricing. Please contact us for information about your upgrade or migration options.
