Desktop Authority MSI Studio from ScriptLogic is the complete application software packaging solution used by system administrators, software packagers and setup developers worldwide. It has a complete set of features to create Windows Installer (MSI) files from legacy software installations and tools to modify existing Windows Installer packages using transforms.

Each Desktop Authority MSI Studio license allows the product to be used by one administrator. In other words, if 5 administrators edit MSI installers, and create MST transforms for MSI installers using Desktop Authority MSI Studio, then you need to buy 5 licenses (volume discounts available). Prices include one year of maintenance, which entitles the owner to free product upgrades and Technical Support.

Desktop Authority MSI Studio was previously sold under the name Installer Design Studio. Before that, it was called MaSaI Installer, until MaSaI Solutions was acquired by ScriptLogic Corp. in December 2005.
